En fait, le Billy fait parti du label STUFFED Collection de Megahouse, de même que les POP font parties du label Excellent Model. La caractéristique du label SC est d'avoir des peluches articulées grâce à un système de squelette filaire pliable.
La seule relation de Billy et des POP est que Billy sera fabriqué à la même échelle que les POP, d'où le nom "STUFFED Collection feat. P.O.P.", feat. étant bien évidemment l’abréviation de featuring."
